The Shine Collective’s core values are quality, integrity and professionalism.
As a member of the Public Relations Institute of New Zealand (PRINZ), our industry’s governing body, The Shine Collective adheres to the PRINZ Code of Ethics, which help guide our behaviour and decision-making processes.
To support business to business within the regions, The Shine Collective has active memberships with the Eastern Bay of Plenty, Tauranga and Rotorua Chambers of Commerce. The Shine Collective is also a member of Priority 1, whose purpose is to grow the economy of the Western Bay of Plenty region.
Professional development is a core focus at The Shine Collective and we regularly attend industry workshops and trainings held by PRINZ, the Commercial Communications Council (CCC), Massey University and others.
The Shine Collective has a range of tourism clients which has led us to join the Tourism Industry Aotearoa (TIA), who advocates to ensure tourism gets recognised as a vital contributor to New Zealand’s economic and social wellbeing.
The Shine Collective annually donates to The Salvation Army Christmas Appeal Food Drive, as well as providing discounted rates to not-for-profit organisations, small local businesses and Trust’s within our local communities.
