As a member of the Public Relations Institute of New Zealand (PRINZ), our industry’s governing body, Shine adheres to the PRINZ code of ethics, which help to guide our behaviour and decision-making processes.
To support our regional client base, we have active memberships with the Rotorua, Tauranga, and Waikato Chambers of Commerce. We’re also a member of Priority One (the Western Bay of Plenty’s economic development organisation).
We like to keep up with the play. Our team regularly attends industry workshops and training. We also keep up to date with the specific industries our clients work in – from horticulture to geothermal resources, sustainability, and more.
Giving back to our communities is important to us. Our team is on a range of boards throughout the Bay of Plenty and New Zealand, we annually donate to Christmas Appeals and provide discounted rates to not-for-profit organisations within our local communities.
“The Shine Collective team has developed and implemented an evolving communications strategy with considerable success, with a particular focus on internal staff engagement, brand awareness, sustainability, and issues management. They have successfully navigated our way through challenging business and communications issues, without any impact on our day to day operations or reputation.”
