As a member of the Public Relations Institute of New Zealand (PRINZ), our industry’s governing body, Shine adheres to the PRINZ code of ethics, which help to guide our behaviour and decision-making processes.
To support our regional client base, we have active memberships with the Tauranga and Rotorua Chambers of Commerce. We’re also a member of Priority One (the Western Bay of Plenty’s economic development organisation), the Business Women’s Network, and the Rotorua Tourism Industry Partnership.
We like to keep up with the play. Our team regularly attends industry workshops and training. We also keep up to date with the specific industries our clients work in – from horticulture to geothermal resources, sustainability, and more.
Giving back to our communities is important to us. Our team is on a range of boards throughout the Bay of Plenty, we annually donate to The Salvation Army Christmas Appeal Food Drive and provide discounted rates to not-for-profit organisations and small businesses within our local communities.
“We’ve had the pleasure of collaborating with Shine on a diverse range of projects, encompassing in-depth research and crafting profile pieces, to managing media relations for the much-anticipated restart of the New Zealand cruise season in 2022. Shine also facilitated a highly beneficial media training session for our senior leadership team, demonstrating their comprehensive understanding of the media landscape. Their knack for devising innovative strategies to highlight the best aspects of our organisation is a testament to their unique approach and expertise in the field. We recommend their work without any reservations.”
